WINGS & RAMEN. Nothing compares to those wings, perfect balance of texture, tang, sweet and a warm "heat" that a spice lover like myself appreciates but approachable to the people who think milk is spicy. The ramen noodles and chashu are top notch. Going in the "Orlando Musts" for me.

In the sprawling culinary landscape of Orlando, Domu stands as a testament to what happens when passion meets precision. This ramen sanctuary, honored with a Bib Gourmand in the 2024 MICHELIN Guide, offers an experience that transcends mere dining. Upon entering, you're greeted by an ambiance that marries modern design with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The concrete floors and marble bar exude urban chic, while the wood panels and starburst light fixtures add a touch of elegance. It's a space that feels both trendy and timeless. The culinary journey begins with their acclaimed Domu Wings. These aren't your average bar snacks; they're six extra-crispy wings, lavishly coated in a kimchi butter sauce that strikes a harmonious balance between heat and tang. Each bite is a revelation, a testament to the kitchen's dedication to elevating simple dishes to art forms. The Richie Rich ramen is a masterclass in depth and flavor. An 18-hour miso-shoyu pork bone broth serves as the foundation, rich and velvety, enveloping house-made noodles that boast the perfect bite. Topped with tender chashu, a torched seasoned soft-boiled egg, and a medley of garnishes like kikurage mushrooms and black garlic oil, it's a bowl that invites contemplation and indulgence. Complementing the food is a bar program that's as inventive as it is refined. Signature cocktails like the 'Not My Gumdrop Buttons!'--a concoction of Woodford Reserve Wheat, ginger molasses cinnamon syrup, oat milk, and bitters--showcase the bartenders' flair for creativity. Each drink is crafted with the same care and attention to detail that defines the kitchen's offerings, ensuring a harmonious dining experience from start to finish. Service at Domu is both attentive and unpretentious. The staff navigates the bustling dining room with grace, offering insights into the menu and genuine hospitality. It's clear that they take pride in being part of an establishment that's redefining Orlando's dining scene. In a city often overshadowed by its theme parks, Domu emerges as a culinary beacon, drawing both locals and travelers seeking an authentic, soul-satisfying meal. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a destination, a place where flavors are celebrated, and every detail is meticulously curated to create an unforgettable experience. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or a curious newcomer, Domu promises a dining adventure that lingers long after the last slurp. It's a reminder that sometimes, the most extraordinary experiences are found in the most unexpected places.

#1 restaurant in Orlando. I bring everyone here when they come from out of state to visit. Everything on the menu is delicious! But if you go you NEED to have the friend chicken. Servers are always great, very attentive and nice. The only downside is the wait but it's honestly so worth it. Get a drink upstairs or at the bar and vibe.

The food smelled so delicious I forgot to take photos! I had the Domu wings, the cheezus and the Tokyo ramen. Every single item was perfection. The wings were so crispy and full of flavor, the cheezus was a unique corn dish and the Tokyo ramen was SO flavorful and the perfect size to share. HIGHLY recommend coming early as they don't take reservations and they have an amazing happy hour special. Next time I'm in Orlando I will be coming back!
